Return / Refund Policy

Selected Wallpaper makes great efforts to customize and print the wallpapers from several fixed sizes to meet per your specific requirements. However, certain circumstances may lead you to return the product. Such instances are clearly highlighted in our Return / Refund Policy.

You may return the product in case of:

  • Damaged or tampered order packaging at the time of receipt.
  • Incorrect specifications in terms of size and / or design provided by you.

Return in Case of Tampered Packaging

If at the time of receipt, you find your order packaging to be open, damaged or tampered with, we strongly suggest that you DO NOT accept your order.  In such cases you must:

  • Ask the courier to take the order back.
  • Inform us immediately (within 24 hours) about the situation by sending an email to info@selectedwallpaper.com so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.

Return in Case of Incorrect Order

If you find that the product delivered to you is incorrect and does not match the design and / or size specifications provided by you, you must:

  • Inform us about the discrepancy by sending an email to info@selectedwallpaper.com within 24 hours of order receipt.
  • Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours at info@selectedwallpaper.com.
  • Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days.

Please Note: In case you want to return your damaged / incorrect / defective product back to us, you will need to bear the applicable shipping and handling costs involved in the process. Selected Wallpaper will not be liable to bear any shipping and / or handling costs involved in returning the product order back to the company. At Selected Wallpaper, every order is treated as a custom order and therefore printed, packaged and shipped with great care. Through our FREE Shipping Policy, we ensure that you do not pay ANY additional shipping charges for ANY wallpaper orders placed on our website. However for certain products, additional shipping charges may apply.   • We ship our custom wallpaper almost worldwide, for most of the countries or area are FREE of cost. For certain area which have too high freight, standard shipping charges may apply(We do offer 44 countries FREE shipping currently).
  • FREE Shipping countries and areas: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, HongKong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Nethlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States,

  • Our doorstep-delivery policy allows you to get your wallpaper delivered at the address of your choice.
  • Becareful and ensure your written address are availble for international shipping services, sometimes a tax number may provide for DHL or FEDEX.
  • All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of order placement. Shipment of your order may take up to another 5-10 working days after dispatch to reach you.
  • We ship through leading courier services(Mainly DHL, FEDEX or UPS) that take great care while shipping your orders so that you receive them in absolutely perfect condition.

Shipping Worldwide

Selected Wallpaper also ships wallpapers to the countries or area out of the above list, oversea shipping to the address outside of the listing area does not fall under the Free Shipping Policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

Every wallpaper order processed by Selected Wallpaper is treated as one-of-a-kind. However, certain situations may lead to cancellation of an order. Our Order Cancellation Policy takes into account all the clauses related to order cancellation, both by Selected Wallpaper and by the customer. Order Cancellation by Selected Wallpaper

Selected Wallpaper may, at times, be unable to accept certain product orders from its customers and may need to cancel the same.
The company reserves the sole right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason. Some situations that may result in a customer's order getting cancelled include:

  • Limitations on the quantity available for purchase
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
  • Issues identified by our credit & fraud avoidance team
  • Request for printing of any illegal or pornographic images

Selected Wallpaper may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you through email or phone if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged, the charged amount will be returned back to your Card Account in 5 working days.

Order Cancellation by the Customer

  • Since all orders are one-of-a-kind and processed, printed and dispatched on-demand only after due confirmation by the customer, Selected Wallpaper does not offer the provision to cancel an order once it is confirmed and paid for by the customer.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Selected Wallpaper and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
  • In keeping with the above stated terms as well as the terms of its Refund Policy, Selected Wallpaper is not liable to refund any payments made by a customer against an order that he/she wishes to cancel.
