How to buy from the website 

Buying from our online shop is very easy. As soon as you have registered and choose the products, you will be able to complete the purchase immediately or terminate the operation at another time.When you decide to proceed with payment, put all the items in your shopping cart.  To complete the process, click on ‘BUY’ and you will be taken through the next steps.

 


How does the shopping cart work?

When you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, click on the ‘cart’ icon. All the items you have added will be shown in the cart enabling you to make any changes to your selection.


 

How do I pay? 

Payment may be made using one of the following methods:

    1. Credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
    2. Paypal

    3. Other payment which are available

 

How much are the delivery costs?

Delivery cost is included within Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Netherland, Belgium, UK and USA.

 


What are the delivery times? 


Delivery times are 7-10 days to the address you indicated at the time of purchase.

 


Which transport do you use to deliver your products?


Deliveries are made using express couriers.


 

What happens if I am not at home when the parcel is delivered?

As soon as the goods have been shipped, you will receive an email containing all the necessary information relating to the shipment. Using the identification number, you will be able to track your parcel’s progress at any time. To minimise delays, we ask that you provide us with a delivery address where you can be reached during the day.


 

Can delivery be made to an address which is different to the invoice address?


At the point of purchase you can indicate a delivery address which is different from the invoice address.


 

Can I buy from resellers? 

Currently We sell the products exclusively online.


 

Will there be any customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union?


Sale prices do not include customs duties on products imported into countries outside the EU. Customs duties must be paid by the purchaser.

Although imported wallpaper and decorative canvasses are not subject to customs duties in some countries, you should refer to local Custom Office to check customs duties and import procedures for the country into which you wish to import.  


 

What should I do in the event of damaged goods?

If the package arrives damaged, let us know what happened and inform the carrier immediately. In case of doubt, do not accept the delivery. If the goods have manufacturing faults, let us know within 15 days of receipt of the goods and send us a photograph that shows the fault. We shall replace the goods at no extra charge. 


 Protecting personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with all the legal guarantees required and is  provided to third parties only during the execution of the order, for example, to handle the shipping of the products.  We do not retain your credit card details for any reason; these are forwarded immediately from our online store to financial institutions that deal with the transaction.To ensure the greatest level possible of security, all personal data is encrypted automatically before switching from your browser to our server.  To do this we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.  No-one outside this can access this information.
